I just had an inspection of our facilities and was told by the inspector that everything looks good and that she was SATISIFIED. Woot! I have installed two Big Dipper units in our facility and WOW! It is amazing the amount of FOG that we are collecting. We were in a do-or-get fined situation with our local sewer authority. They want major renovations and 2 1500 gallon tanks installed in our wasteline! Our building and available property would not allow either of those things to happen. I met with the Big Dipper sales rep and we decided to present a plan using and IS-350 and an IS-750. It worked!!! No major renovations and no new tanks!! Again I must say how amazed I am at the amount that we are collecting. There is no way that a conventional grease trap can remove any grease. I'm convince that it just flishes away with the drain water!!! And the ease of use of the Big Dippers is great. I have taught several of our staff how to clean the units both men and women. No more crawling under the sink with wrenches and skimming spoons! No nasty smells or waste water splashing on you! People can't even tell when I have cleaned the unit out! I used to be covered with gunk cleaning the old traps and it took hours. Now i'm done in minutes. Thanks Big Dipper!</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3316966151081042526/9013545989946178810/comments/default/3118922874171139020'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3316966151081042526/9013545989946178810/comments/default/3118922874171139020'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://blog.big-dipper.com/2008/03/effluent-grease-recovery-21st-century.html?showComment=1238172540000#c3118922874171139020' title=''/><author><name>Eric</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/08790584359028282125</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img2.blogblog.com/img/b16-rounded.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://blog.big-dipper.com/2008/03/effluent-grease-recovery-21st-century.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3316966151081042526.post-9013545989946178810' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3316966151081042526/posts/default/9013545989946178810' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-1483313665'/></entry></feed>
